Managing Job Performance and Disability

Learn about new FEHA regulations examples of reasonable accommodation, and new FEHA Disability Regulations which were effective 1/1/13. Plus, learn information on reasonable accommodation, interactive process, confidentiality issues surrounding medical information and case studies supporting this information.

  2. Cover what is considered reasonable accommodation
  3. Communicating with medical providers and confidentiality issues surrounding that.

  3. Continuous proactive discussion with both the employee and their PTP.
