DESCRIPTION:A webinar on successfully navigating the interactive process and supporting the ongoing employment of individuals with disabilities.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\nPresented by the Northern California Employment Round Table\, this deep dive into the interactive process will provide guidance for employers navigating challenging aspects of disability accommodations. \nThe program includes an overview of resources available to assist employers as well as structured demonstrations on how to have difficult conversations\, get around barriers in the process\, and support positive outcomes.
